Who We Are

The Preschool Discovery Center has been part of Gloria Dei Church for more than 40 years. Here at the preschool we believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and discovery. Our teaching focuses on developing the whole child by encouraging their physical, social/emotional, and cognitive growth as well as their creative expression. We know the importance of the physical environment as an aid to learning and offer a beautiful and safe setting suitable to the particular needs of each preschooler. These pages are a guide for parents considering enrolling their children or parents who have children currently enrolled. In either case, welcome! The next few years are a fun and rewarding time for both your preschooler and you and we are delighted to be a part of it.
